We encourage men to express themselves both emotionally and spiritually by planting new ideas, thoughts and behaviours which encourage exploration and change.
Both men and women are heavily conditioned by society to conform to gender roles. Sowing Seeds helps to create opportunities for men to become aware of, and reflect upon, their conditioning, providing them with the opportunity to change and become more a reflection of their true self.
Holistic Parent and Relationship Programme.
A program funded by National Lotteries Reaching Communities supporting Men/Fathers and families to develop positive interactions with and between one another and for both men and women to listen to each other for the benefit of their children.
African & Caribbean Men & Fathers Programme.
A safe space where men and fathers could come and share experiences of being a man and a father and what that meant to them, how it made them feel and the in&uence on how they lived their life in relation to their children and family.
Family Fun Days:
A space where family could share space and time and have company and bring the children together to have fun.
